How to order

All customers will need to register with Pinkkitty first (remember your password!) to purchase products (Once you have registered you will receive 5% off from your second Pinkkitty order and future orders!)

Pinkitty ables you to order a number of ways

Orders will be dispatched once orders have been paid for

If you are uncomfortable ordering online please contact us by phone, and we will take your order and send you an invoice (via email or post) which will allow you to pay by money order or direct deposit

Delivery

Please allow extra time and at an earlier date when placing your order to avoid disappointment.

Pinkkitty delivers throughout Australia. Delivery is not available on weekends or public holidays (International orders are welcome, please email to discuss mailing options)

We believe that we have employed excellent delivery companies who will endeavour to provide you with the best attention to care and speediness of service.  But there may be times when despite our best efforts, gifts are delayed in the delivery process. For this reason our delivery tables and guides can be our best estimate only.

A re-delivery charge will apply if the recipient is unavailable for receipt of delivery or if there has been an incorrect delivery address given, the recipient is unavailable for receipt of delivery, or if there is not a safe place to leave the consignment.

All cancellation of gift orders must be made within 48 hours prior to delivery. We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances once the gift has left our premises.

If instructed, we will leave the hamper with a neighbour or alternatively leave it in a safe place.

Please note, we cannot accept a specified delivery time.(eg 12.00pm)

 

Couriers attempt to deliver between 8.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday only

Postage:

If your order is large and you require a quote for postage, contact pinkkitty - info@pinkkitty.com.au or phone

Please ensure you have the correct address, and also a contact phone number for the 'just in case'! TNT and Australia Post will deliver to your door, if you are not home they may try to deliver to you again, if you are still not home they will leave a slip for you, and you will need to pick up your parcel from their depot.

If you have any special delivery instructions please enter these comments in 'Your message' on check out.  If you would like you parcel left in a special place when your not home please advise us on check out in 'Your message', this will then give us permission to advise the courier to leave the parcel.

Express Delivery

We can arrange express delivery to anywhere in Australia. Extra costs will apply.

Urgent Gift Giving

If you require a urgent gift to be sent, please click on this link via email or phone and arrangements will be made (if you require a gift on a weekend we will process the order and post/courier the package Monday morning, if you are a Ballarat resident and require this service on a weekend, we will endeavour to deliver package to you asap)

Return Policy

Pinkkitty gives 100% guarantee that if products are damaged we will exchange them free of charge.

If you receive damaged goods, please contact pinkkitty - info@pinkkitty.com.au or phone within 1 day of receiving products via email or phone, returns to be sent within 7 days.
